Ingredients
1bun (see recipe : https://cookingevolution.com/who-asked-for-bread-butter/)
1hamburgerbeef, salt and pepper, no additives
4slicescucumber
3slicestomato(or 2 grape tomatoes)
1slicebacon or prosciutto(optional)
1tbspmayonnaise ( see reicpe on the blog)(regular or garlic mayo)
1tspmustard(Orphée Old-Fashioned Mustard has no additives)
Instructions
Cut the burger. On the base, spread some mustard. On the top, spread some mayonnaise.
Then take the base and build one layer at a time :
Lettuce ( try to take the largest leaves, they're more even)
2-3 slices of tomato, or 4 halves of grape tomatoes
3-4 slices of cucumber
Bacon if using, and more mayo if you're a fan :-)
Once this part is ready, sear your hamburgers in a hot pan. Once they're done to your liking, drop one on your burger, and top with the second half of the bun.
That's it ! Serve with a salad on the side, or raw cut vegetables ( bell peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumber, more lettuce....).
I recommend adding my go-to vinaigrette on top of the salad !
