Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese toasts

Ready in 10', with staples you probably always have in your fridge, filling but not heavy, this recipe won't disappoint !

Ingredients

  • 1 cashew Bun
  • 2 slice of smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp vegan cream-cheese
  • 2 slice red of yellow bell pepper (cut lenghtwise, optional)
  • 12 thick slices of cucumber
  • Chives to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the bun in half, toast the 2 pieces.
    Let them cool a bit.
  • On each half, spread 1tbsp of cream cheese, add 12 cucumber slices, 1 bell pepper slice, and then topped with piece of smoked salmon.
    Sprinkle minced chives if you like.
    Easy. Tasty. Healthy. Ready !
