Ingredients
1cashew Bun
2slice of smoked salmon
2Tbspvegan cream-cheese
2slicered of yellow bell pepper(cut lenghtwise, optional)
12thick slices of cucumber
Chives to taste(optional)
Instructions
Cut the bun in half, toast the 2 pieces.Let them cool a bit.
On each half, spread 1tbsp of cream cheese, add 12 cucumber slices, 1 bell pepper slice, and then topped with piece of smoked salmon.Sprinkle minced chives if you like.Easy. Tasty. Healthy. Ready !
