Go-to Vinaigrette (French style)
Use this healthy add-on with all salads and raw vegetables. Goes as well with a mackerel salad than with a lentils one !

- 160 g old-fashioned mustard (or dijon mustard for a sweeter flavor)
- 250 g apple cider vinegar
- 300 g walnut oil (don't skip !)
- 275 g olive oil
- 275 g avocado oil
- 5 tsp salt
- 25 g sunflower lecithin (don't skip!)

Instead of avocado + olive oil, you may use only avocado oil, or only olive oil.
But keep the walnut oil ! It's a super healthy oil, and it will also give this awesome nutty flavor that will go well with everything.
