3' Cashew Milk

Ready in 3', creamy and with a delicate roasted taste, this milk will bring your tea and coffee to the next level.

Servings: 1 L

Ingredients

  • 100 g cashew butter homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Add about 100g of cashew butter in your blender ( about 3/4 cup - it doesn't have to be accurate. You can adjust to your liking of thickness and creaminess, after making the milk once. )
  • Fill with cold water up to 1L. Blend for 20' at high speed.
  • And voilà ! 3' you have a large jug of cashew milk for your breakfast, for soups, for snacks.....
  • If you like sweet milk, you may add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1-2 tsp of honey before blending. The sweet version is really awesome with coffee :-).
  • Most of the time, I like to keep it plain to use it in savory dishes.
