Easiest recipe ever – in competition with the 3′ almond milk 🙂

Put everything in the blender : old-fashioned mustard, apple cider vinegar, walnut oil (don’t skip ! Best price I’ve found is here), olive oil, avocado oil, salt, sunflower lecithin (don’t skip!).

Blend.

Store in glass jars for months in the fridge.

Goodbye unhealthy store-bought vinaigrettes !!!
Welcome, healthy add-on to all salads and raw vegetables 🙂

Go-to Vinaigrette (French style)

Use this healthy add-on with all salads and raw vegetables. Goes as well with a mackerel salad than with a lentils one !
Prep Time8 minutes
Course: Salad, Staples
Cuisine: French
Servings: 1.5 L

Ingredients

  • 160 g old-fashioned mustard (or dijon mustard for a sweeter flavor)
  • 250 g apple cider vinegar
  • 300 g walnut oil (don't skip !)
  • 275 g olive oil
  • 275 g avocado oil
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 25 g sunflower lecithin (don't skip!)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in the high-speed blender in the order listed.
Blend for about 1' until it's thick and creamy.
  • Pour in two 750 ml to 1L glass jars and store in the fridge.
  • This recipe is for a full blender (about 1.5L of vinaigrette, that you can keep for months in the fridge). You don't need to use a tamper, the vinaigrette will come by itself.
You may divide all proportions by 5 if you're willing to make a smaller quantity. In this case, check that all ingredients combine properly, and, if needed, push with a tamper.

Instead of avocado + olive oil, you may use only avocado oil, or only olive oil.
But keep the walnut oil ! It’s a super healthy oil, and it will also give this awesome nutty flavor that will go well with everything.
